Law degree from the University of Valencia 1983-1988. Master in Maritime Law in 1990-1991 at the Spanish Maritime Institute in collaboration with ICADE. Legal Practice Course at the ICAV in 1991-1992. 2007-2008. Master in Mediation in 2007-2008 by the Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU San Pablo together with the ICAV. Specialist Course in Commercial Mediation in 2012 by the Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU San Pablo together with the ICAV.
Practicing attorney since 1992. I have worked for 24 years in a collective law firm and since 2016 I have my own office working mainly as an external lawyer for the Aguas de Valencia Group. Mediator since 2008-2009. Co-creator of the Mediation Section of the ICAV and mediator of the CMICAV, being until 2018 the editor of its website. Collaborator of the mediation company LOGOS MEDIA in Barcelona.
Mediator of the Orientation and Mediation Service (S.O.M.) of the Generalitat Valenciana derived from the Mediation Law of the Valencian Community of 2019 managed by the Presidency of the Provincial Court of Valencia.
I have been a tutor teacher at the UNED, Valencia center. Since 2009 I have taught civil procedural law and mediation at the European University of Valencia, and Master of Law at the ICAV. I have given Mediation Workshops, Conferences and Conferences in Valencia, Alicante, Castellón and Barcelona.
Member of the Collaborating Committee of the World Mediation Forum held in October 2012 in Valencia, participating in a presentation on mediation quality and in a round table on Spain-Mexico mediation and publication of two articles in the proceedings of said forum.
Author of articles and publications at national level. Co-author of an article on mediation in drug addiction in the Revista Española de Drogodependencias. Co-author of an article on mediator’s liability in the newspaper La Ley. Co-author commentary on a mediation judgment in the Revista de Derecho Patrimonial de Aranzadi. Co-author of an article on Psychological Principles of Mediation in the book Mediación en el ámbito civil, familiar, penal e hipotecario, cuestiones de actualidad.
